Great system, onboarding to rostering to payroll all in 1!

Excellent. The team from sales, to implementation to customer support have always been amazing. They have a very high standard for their client relations. Learning a system can be hard but they're very patient people!

Pros:

They rostering to timesheets to payroll features are great. The team are very friendly, customer service is very quick to respond and helpful. Great Q&A feature to help use the platform when you're figuring things out.

Cons:

System is great although it would be nice to have a few more different reports or something to assist with WGEA reporting.

Reasons for choosing foundU

Best value for money and most customisable for hospitality industry, supports the peaks and lows of work, as well as working across different locations on different days, multiple admin users. Best for a workforce that does not always work regular hours.

FoundU- THE BEST HR platform

Excellent platform for managing a small or large team. Password protected and the 2FA brings another level of security level. Highly user friendly. May be build AI into this and suggest shifts that are re occurring. I have not had an instance where I found a bug or required a fix.

It’s very straightforward and easy to use. I love the copy paste options when creating shifts. The dashboards are easy to understand weekly requirement for rosters. Value for money. Automated shift copying and paste

Cons:

Everyone in the managerial access make to see other department leave applications and balance. Leave application can be slightly manual when approving. Never had to call customer support.

Ease of setting weekly rosters, and approving shifts weekly. Colours help as well. Clock in and out is smooth.

Cons:

Nothing I used to find it clunky but the latest version is smoother and more accurate in gps location.

Payrolling made easy

Very good. Easy to approve shifts, edit payslips and reprocess if any errors occur. Implementation team should employ HR that knows the Awards, to help identify any errors during set up.

Makes payroll a breeze! Fairy easy to set up, rule based system. Make sure you know the rules that apply.

Cons:

Implementation consultant was new, so more time consuming than should've been. Need a computer based login, so you dont have to buy an ipad

Very easy and quick for rostering and payroll. Additionally very helpful in keeping the track of employee compliance is a great tool.

Cons:

Nothing major, but the system glitch resulting in, not able to use the platform in the desired way. Apart from that it is a very userfreindly system to use

The FoundU is easy to use, which also includes understanding of roster demand and allocation of roles and responsibilities

Cons:

The system slows down while loading a huge dataset. It's best to use the filter option to open multiple rosters.

Foundu - a must platform for every business!

As a team our overall experience with Foundu has been wonderful. Clocking in and out for employees is accurate daily. It allows management reporting tools to track management records and report on attendance where needed.

Foundu is an easy to use platform for all teams. Scheduling and payroll is a breeze along with employee management and record keeping. Employee attendance tracking is perfect!
