Pros:

I like the simplicity of scheduling interviews and the availability of the interview panel. My job becomes easy.

Cons:

They bulk upload feature has given me a very bad experience, it doesn't catch details for more than 60% of the candidates i am trying to upload.

Any CTO's friend for building high performance team at rapid pace

It is a great tool for hiring tech folks. With the help of this tool, we were able to hire people at higher speed and improved overall quality of hiring.

Pros:

The feedback form gives consistency in terms of evaluation and removes bias from the different interviewers. It is a great tool to save time for the core tech team for the first round of discussion.

Cons:

No show of candidates can be improved. Many time candidate does not show up for interviews.

Inability to delete old JD's, please add that feature, sometimes duplicate JD's are created by mistake, which can't be deleted currently.

Video Calling and Coding panel is integrated. Feedback panel is good.

Cons:

There are no list for question. Like list of Java Question need to asked from customer.

Hirehunch has three features -> HunchServe, HunchVue and HunchAssess. All these three platforms are fantastic and great to use.HunchVue is a great tool/ environment for taking interviews.

Cons:

Hirehunch products are great and emerging. Only thing I can suggest is some improvement on the Hunch Vue platform mainly plagiarism detection, draw board can be more better.

It has the complete package for shortlisting the candidates. Be it Interviewing platform, assessment creation or interview as a service. You get all in one package. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing so far. I am currently using the tool for campus hiring. And it is breeze. So no cons so far.

The ease of navigating through and using the platform while conducting an interview. The UI is very interactive and contains all the essential parameters and sections that would be helpful in giving good detailed feedback. Hunchvue as an video sharing interviewing tool is a very good addition.

Cons:

In my experience so far, there has been no such missing feature. Hirehunch as an interview platform offers all the possible and useful features.
