About Pilat HR
Pilat is a cloud-based human resource management (HRM) solution that assists HR managers to evaluate employee performance. The solution caters to businesses across industries such as real-estate, manufacturing, energy, logistics and more.
Pilat helps managers to set performance objectives that are linked to organizational as well as functional goals. They can also track employees’ performance by setting target dates defining expected outcomes and assigning priority tasks which are directly linked to the performance status.
Pilat’s talent management feature helps managers to assess employees based on performance, potential and promotability. They can also review talent using tools such as 9-box grid, talent pool and succession planning. Additionally, Pilat features a feedback system that helps managers to evaluate their team members' performance and to collect feedback from peers, co-workers and reporting team.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis after one-time setup fees. Support is offered via phone and email.
