Pros:

It offers free course of certain topic everyday by providing lessons and funny questions it asked for social engagement with leaderboard points for submitting and guessing colleagues answers.

Cons:

I face a bug in guessing colleagues answers, it shows that you're answer is wrong event though it was right. But getting points for right answer.

Easy of use, administration, and installment Large amount of features and reporting Simple and clear UI

Cons:

hard to list as a con, but the tool has been developed and got features added a lot last months resulting in big amount of changes which can potentially be challenging for some.
