My JBoard Experience Has Blown Me Away

I think being new to this space and despite planning for months before launch, I didn't research the tech in its space and went for the industry OG. All credit to SJB; they are great, but in my opinion, JBoard is better, and I wish I had started here.

Pros:

My first impressions of JBoard have blown me away. I moved across from Smart Job Board, and my user experience is far less complicated. The back end is quick and easy to use—very simple. There are some features that SJB doesn't have, and the cost is less, which is always a win. Since joining the support staff, I have been fantastic. The wait time for my daft questions is minimal; I always answer with detail, and nothing is too much trouble. They do go above and beyond.

Cons:

I haven't found anything I don't like about JBoard yet, but I am still new to the platform. There are a few features that I wish I had, but the planned new drag-and-drop release will alleviate that and give me more custom opportunities.

As I said, the ease of set-up, the simplicity, and the candidate journey feels simple. The demo and onboarding have been superb. Anyone in the team I have asked a question has been fantastic in their help.

I took a demo, and I really liked the ease, feel, and simplicity of using the platform. I took the trial, and I'm hooked.

Its good and getting better

While there are a bunch of smaller, frustrating things that can make me pull my hair out from time to time, I have way more hair on my head compared to some of the other services out there And they are actively listening and improving the services

It's pretty sleek and intuitive to use; they keep improving the service with new, great ideas to run an effective board

Cons:

There can be a lot of manual work involved in keeping jobs alive and going through new jobs as their auto tagging and aggregators are not super accurate

Pros:

Having used JBoard for the last four months we have enjoyed using the job posting feature for clients and being able to provide them with this service.

Cons:

Jboard has a funny way of expiring jobs. Instead of selecting a date for job post to end you have to calculate the days required. Very painful at times.

Price and that it had most fo the functionality we need.

Exactly what you want for a Job board software but still room fore some improvements/Upgrades

My overall experience is that I am quite satisfied, and it is truly a product that differentiates itself from its competitors. There are, of course, some upgrades to consider, such as a pipeline/Kanban dashboard to manage candidate applications, and once again, more payment options. However, the product is very good for us overall. Not to mention the excellent customer service we receive from Bedros and the team.

I've been using it for two years now, and one thing I like about it is its simplicity without sacrificing features. So easy to use

Cons:

One thing I don't like is that it does not yet have direct bank transfer for payments. That's the main drawback, I think. Implementing this feature could significantly improve user convenience and expand payment options, making the platform more flexible and appealing to a broader audience.

Best jobs board on the market for user experience, cost and functionality. Easy to set up our jobs board and customise to our branding.

Cons:

There is no choice over the payment platform and therefore you need a stripe account. This isn't ideal as we didn't have an account and had to create one specifically for our jobs board.

JBoard - Just do it !

10/10 I reckon I reached out to their support on at least 6 or 7 occassions and this was before I became a paying customer of their software. On every single occasion they came back timely and with really in depth responses, thanks [sensitive content hidden], love your work Sir. Plus they never pressured me into signing up, they let me come to that decision organically which really stood out to me. I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] about a year ago, months of questions and they always treated me with respect. That's just on the support side, the actual tech and platform matches the quality of their kind, informative support.

JBoard is a pleasure to both deal with and fun and exciting to actually build out my dream Job Board using their software. I researched the market over and over, probably too much and then decided on giving JBoard.io a go and I am super happy with my decision.

Cons:

Maybe to one day have Google or Linkedin signup integration for new candidates and companies so its even easier for them to be on-boarded. But I'm happy with what they have in place already. Just a nice to have in the future perhaps.

It's just really easy to use, I did try Job Boardly for a week and gave up, as i'm not a developer and the support they suggested was go to our FB page, too hard. Hence I switched to JBoard.io

Exceptional service!

I have been completely satisfied with JBoard. I have been researching different options and when I first found JBoard a member of their team scheduled a call with me and walked me through the functions of the plan I was considering. The support team is amazing! Their team will support you every step along the way as you are setting up your job board. Also, the functionality and ease of access exceeded my expectations. I have explored various software in the past and nothing comes close to offering what JBoard offers in terms of functionality. I belive the pricing structure is reasonable and for what you are getting its definitely worth what they are charging.

Having worked in the online recruitment industry for almost twenty years and used most of the job board platforms available, I can confidently say that JBoard is by far the best self-build system on the market. It is easy to use, fully customisable, and very fast. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Overall the platform is excellent and has provided us with a great website.

So far it has been great. I highly recommend the platform for anyone looking for a job board. The ease of use, functionality and customer service is 10/10.

This platform is amazing. I had the worst experience using Job Board Fire before and since changing over, could not be happier. The platform is very easy to use, fully customisable, the job backfilling is easy to set up and controlled by you, and their customer service goes above and beyond.

Cons:

Nothing so far. There are a couple of features which would make it even better they have already added these to their roadmap and implementing them soon.

I had the worst experience with their company. Their platform functionality is extremely basic, the job backfilling which they were meant to set up weekly only worked twice in a 4 month period, customer service was non existent and is a lot more expensive compare to other platforms.
