JobItUs features a job portal and a centralized database of prospective talent for filling current and future positions. The solution allows users to search and manage a customizable resume database, engage with clients and vendors, schedule interviews, view offer reports and automate job postings on recruitment boards.

Job openings can be outsourced to authorize recruitment agencies and progress can be tracked within the system. Postings are spread across multiple jobs aggregating boards and are shared on social media platforms. JobItUs allows users to view multiple recruitment channels within a single dashboard.

Excellent ATS software. Suits to my recruitment folow

Personal Resume Database management, Job Portal Integration, resume parsing, Customization as expected, Best support - resolution within a hour.

Cons:

Currently every existing features are excellent and save our lots of time. Requested for additional module - on-boarding. They committed to provide on-boarding in next version release.
