    The overall employee engagement across the organization has increased, the platform is very easy to use and gives a lot of insights which helps to understand employees better. The Let's Buzzz platform offers various features like birthday & anniversary announcements, rewards, recognition, happiness index and much more..
    Cons:
    So far we haven't experienced any glitch to soon to mention the cons as we have customized the platform according to our requirements.

    Pros:
    Apart from being an easy to use software which can be customized according to our needs, its rewards feature is the one that benefits us the most. We have witnessed our employees going the extra mile because it is easier for the manager to track their work and reward them accordingly.
    Cons:
    We have been using it for six months so nothing to complain about yet. We will update here if we face any major issues.
