About LightWork Time

LightWork Time is a time and attendance solution designed for companies with single or multiple locations and remote employees. Time can be entered via desktop punch, kiosk punch, or biometric/swipe time clock. On-premise and cloud-based deployments are available.

Several time entry options are offered, and they can be configured to suit different companies' needs and organization levels. LightWork can integrate with other human resource (HR) management systems, payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

HR staff can view employee information such as demographic data, employee pictures, names and attendance through a central dashboard. Reports such as current time sheets, time sheet by paycode, and in/out time can be run as needed. The software is compatible with mobile and desktop devices.

LightWork Time offers online and phone support. Pricing is monthly, annually or one-time.

Huge improvement in timekeeping system

Problem like payroll issues, missing vacation time. State requires both exempt and non-exempt employee to have a time keeping system and this has allowed us to meet the requirements with ease. The over package is good. The support staff has been very helpful and has responded to our needs when we had issues.

Pros:

I like the feature that employees have more control over requesting time off, the supervisor are more involved in reviewing and approving their employee time cards.

Cons:

The reports are hard to find what we need, and time cards printing feature doesn't show the notes that we add into the system.
