Matter 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

As a remote company, Matter has given the next level of "Thank Yous" for our teams to consistently give to each other and leadership to reward those that are going above and beyond.

Our company has set it up to prompt for responses on Friday afternoon. But you can give Kudos at any time. Sometimes its a competition to see who gives the most Kudos. Again easy to use.

It's fine. Not good, but not my favorite.

Excellent. It helps to lose weight, keep you active, and help you sleep better.

I've been at many companies with variously failed systems to "shout out" team members. No one is going to log into a separate system to look at a feed, and while a written shout out is nice... if there's no value attached other than "nice," no one cares. Matter is different. There is real value attached but at a flexible and low cost to the company. Their Feedback Fridays in Slack have motivated an awesome culture of thanking people publicly for their help, and as a manager, it gives me a quick way to thank a team member for going above and beyond. I've always hated this TYPE of system, but I love Matter.

this was one of the first recognition software companies i used. ive no complaints, easy to set up easy to use. They offer top notch customer service, and treat you like real people should. Matter integrates well with all my other software and sites and apps i work with daily and can access from my phone, laptop, desktop or tablet making it a given. i did switch companies, after finding several offering same service for free, but Matter as i said was one of my first, and no complaints.

Overall i give this product a great review. Its great for giving feedback and seeing what other people around the business are doing.

Great way to encourage the values within our company. Makes our workers feel seen and heard. Little things matter!

Matter is a great and cost-effective solution to boost team morale. I have used similar platforms in the past, but many were cost prohibitive for a small company. The cost is fair, and once you have it set up properly, it requires very little maintenance. This is one of the best things we've done for team morale.
