OnePoint HCM is a single database human resource management solution (HRMS) that helps streamline the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to staff retention. The cloud-based HCM platform offers one login access self-service tools, automate communications, dynamic dashboards and real-time reports to help reduce costs, increase compliance and support better decision making across the organization.

Features of OnePoint HCM include Core HR, benefits administration, learning management, time keeping, scheduling, alerts/notifications, incident tracking, compensation management, performance reviews, feedback collection, reporting, digital signatures and more. The real-time time and payroll rules engine produces accurate employees' working hours, accruals and payroll to compliance with industry standards to proactively minimize wage and hour risk. Additionally, self-service and advanced communication features empower employees to manage their data and initiate requests. Managers can approve/reject time off, schedule changes, and time sheets with autnatied notification and alert employees about request status via text and/or email.

multi-tenant, fully mobile, and supports API integrations providing integration to various third-party applications such as Indeed, Microsoft Office 365, Google GSuite, Salesforce and more.     We were using several different vendors for our staff. By using OnePoint we are able to do payroll, have a comprehensive HRIS and we love our "Smart" Clocks!

    I like that I wasn't oversold the software by the sales person. OnePoint was upfront with us about what it could do and what it couldn't do. We were able to configure the product to our needs as opposed to having to do it their way and their way only. The staff is very helpful.
    Cons:
    We wanted to have our employees clock into a clock that took their temp before they actually clocked in, however this is on their road map. I like that the clock is a "smart" clock and can ask questions to our employees after the first punch.

    We wanted to feel like we mattered to the company we worked for. OnePoint went over and above to make us feel like we were more than a number during the sales process and the handoff from our sales rep to Service was great. We will be with OnePoint for many many years.

    They were using several different backend technologies and the product wasn't syncing correctly which made us not trust the pay calcs and accruals.

    Filling out timesheets, submitting for PTO, and finding tax documents is easy with One Point. The mobile app works pretty well which makes filling out information easy when you don't have access to a computer. Plus it's got a turtle game integration!
    Cons:
    There are frequently annoying announcements that pop up when logging in which aren't applicable to me.

    AWESOME Company!! I love the technology, and the service is amazing! My implementation team was super helpful, and really did all the hard work for us. This was probably the easiest and quickest implementation i've ever experienced in my life (and I've done MANY software conversions!).
