About ScheduleLeave

ScheduleLeave is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses schedule, approve and track employee time-off on a centralized platform. It allows staff members to track leave allowance, view request history, book upcoming leaves and add absence reasons.

ScheduleLeave enables administrators to configure maximum absence, work hours and leave types such as unpaid, holiday, sick leave, maternity, compassionate and more. It lets supervisors set up multiple approvers across teams and approve or reject requests based on leave clashes and predicted busy periods. The booking log allows managers and leaders to gain visibility into employee-specific approved, pending and rejected requests and export leave details in CSV file format. Additionally, the wallchart functionality lets users track and filter co-workers’ absence based on teams, locations, roles and specific personnel.

ScheduleLeave facilitates integration with third-party solutions, including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Slack. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, live chat, documentation and email.

Pros:

It's simple, easy to use and integrates really well with Google Calendar. It's also GREAT value!

Cons:

It's a bit basic, there are a few features we'd like to see in the future. These would include a sign off process and custom permission management.

Pros:

Simple, easy to use, best of breed software for a specific purpose that is very well thought through in terms of feature set for its intended purpose. Not full of never-needed features that bloat/detract from the user experience.

Cons:

Nothing - i'd like them to apply their philosophy to other areas where their ethos would be very welcome to me (can you guys please build a CRM!?).

Simple to use for everyone. Easy to keep track of staff holidays

Cons:

One thing that would be more useful is a page with a view of the whole year to get a quick general outlook of what is happening

The best value for money. We didn't need anything complex so it was also something that all our employees could use, even if not very tech savvy
