    My experience with ServiceM8 has been largely positive, especially for a small service-based business. It’s incredibly user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that made it easy to get started. The mobile app is particularly strong on iOS — it allowed our field staff to quote, schedule, and invoice jobs directly from their phones, which really improved our workflow and customer response times. The automation features, like reminders and follow-ups, reduced a lot of the manual admin work and helped us look more professional to clients. Online booking, live job tracking, and job histories made our day-to-day operations smoother and more transparent. However, there were some limitations. The reporting tools are fairly basic, and we had to use a few paid add-ons to unlock features that felt like they should be standard — like recurring jobs and advanced forms. Also, the Android app is very limited, which made it hard for teams using mixed devices.
