Integration with slack makes this easy for use.I really like the user interface as it’s very simple and fits the purpose of easily tracking time off by adding the number of hours I would be away and can also track what kind of leave I am applying

Best way to manage leaves in Slack

The app fits all our needs perfectly. The communication with the customer support was excellent with very quick response times. We needed to set monthly limits for different leave types and they were quick to help us set up this feature in a matter of days. If you need to manage your leaves inside Slack, I absolutely recommend Spock.

Pros:

We really like how easy it is to use, it works great in Slack. The notifications that team members receive are especially useful, and the reporting for managers is great as well. There's also a web dashboard with a summary of registered leaves and a calendar which you can subscribe to (on Google Calendar for example). It's really easy to set up custom attendance policies in the dashboard, and you can also customize monthly limits and allowances.

Cons:

We found no issues so far. There aren't really any features that we're missing.

The calendar view was not that appealing - we have better features in Notion for this that work better for our company.

UI/UX experience, balance between price and quality, admin panel, customer support, functionality and easy integration

Cons:

I do not know if SPock will be able to adapt to growing company. It was great when we were just 15-20 ppl. Till know Spock did everything what we needed.

Really useful tool!

We use the tool daily. It simplifies and clarifies leave management for us. Provides fast and up-to-date info to all colleagues. It also provides management statistics. I really recommend.
