About Swile

Swile is a worktech launched in 2018 by its founder and CEO Loïc Soubeyrand (also co-founder and ex-CEO of Teads, sold to Altice in 2017).

In just four years, Swile has raised several rounds of funding - nearly €300 million - from leading investors, reached unicorn status with a valuation of more than €1 billion, and then centaur status (start-ups generating more than €100 million in revenue) following the merger with Bimpli in December 2022 (a former subsidiary of the BPCE group).

Swile is the first employee Super-app that offers a unified, personalized and modern experience that enhances engagement at work.

The tool we need for collecting feedback in our startup

The application is really easy to use. It's a multi-function application that we already use for "Tickets Restaurants". It's easy to use, accepted in a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, really reliable. We really like the survey functionnality. We use it monthly because it's easy to use, it's fast to create a survey and fast to submit it. The feedback data that we got from Swile is really important in the major decisions that we take.

Je n'ai eu aucune aide efficace. Leur service est incapable de résoudre mon problème depuis plus de deux ans : me permettre de me connecter à mon compte. Depuis 2023, j'attends toujours d'y avoir accès. On me renvoie sans cesse d'une personne à l'autre, et les emails se multiplient sans que personne ne prenne réellement en charge mon problème.

Cons:

Le service a été particulièrement inefficace dans mon cas.

Très Très Grosse Déception !

Très déçu, par l'interface, l'ergonomie, je ne peux pas utiliser le sans contact, je suis toujours obligé d'insérer la carte et de taper le code, ça ne m'a jamais fait ça avec mes autres cartes restaurant.

Aucun, sincèrement c'est très frustrant, l'utilisation de cette carte n'est pas pratique. Je mets une étoile car je n'ai pas le choix, sinon ce serait zéro.

Cons:

Pour pouvoir payer avec un mobile il faut s'inscrire sur Google pay, App pay, ou Samsung pay, ça n'était pas le cas avec ma carte pluxee. L'interface est très compliqué, la prise en main n'est pas du tout intuitive. Obligé de taper le code a chaque fois. Bref, je n'aime pas cette carte et regrette beaucoup celle de Pluxee.

Swile, a useful combination of tools

Overall, I'm fond of the ease of use of this product. Overtime, modules are added without complexifying usage, as they are naturally integrated in the application.
