About Workly

Workly is a human resources (HR) software solution offered both as a cloud-based service and as an on-premise deployment. Key features include a free time clock, as well as scheduling and payroll applications.

Workly’s time clock application, TimePad, is designed for use on mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. TimePad can be linked to multiple locations. Employees can log time offline, and once the Internet is available again, TimePad will automatically send attendance data to Workly.

This system can automatically alert employees about changes in their schedules. Employees log in to check their schedules, request time off and trade shifts with other employees. Users have a dashboard that allows them to accept or reject time off requests.

Workly also includes a payroll application. Users can collect time and attendance records, set up payroll rules and run payroll reports. Time is tracked from a mobile app and sent directly to the payroll application.

Workly can be licensed in perpetuity or subscribed to on a per user per month basis. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.

Way to go workly ! as you are budget friendly !!

Overall, I would say there are pros and cons to this, yet it is worth giving it a try and experiencing it yourself as it is cost-effective.

Pros:

Workly is user-friendly and makes things easy for people who would love to have a work-life balance. It is flexible. It saves loads of money for businesses where there is no need for an office.

Cons:

The same pros might become cons for some users. For instance, one might feel lonely as you can not interact with real people as you do not need office space. This very thing might result in problems like miscommunication and many more.

Good solution

I've had this solution for more than 2 years. This is definitely stress free! Remove the pain and time out of employee scheduling. Coming from the work schedules to the reports, this is so convenient! No longer need time and attendance for clock in/out and can see time sheets! Thank you Workly!

Easy Time Clocking App

Easy time clocking app which works on iPad. Just installed TimePad app into iPad and signed up at Workly.io. Time clock identifies employees based on QR code cards or PIN codes. Thats it!
