The experience is quite amazing as it is super easy to manage the payroll information with this product. We can simple shift the tax computations , know the calculations , store and collect the payroll and tax slips as well. Login is secure along with the data information

I am using Zoho payroll for more than 8 months now. A simple and very efficient software to manage your payroll needs. The product can be easily used by any layman user. Does not require any big learning curve. Combined with Zoho people it will be a good product for any small or medium sized cos.
Cons:
There are some rigid things. You will have issues if you dont exit a person on the last day of the month. If you miss the date then you cannot mark the correct date since the system will not allow it as a new month is already there

Poor customer supportnot at all customizable, will need to change your policies to match with ZOHO payrollIt will give weird problems at time which will take a lot of time of yours to sort it out , and the customer support is very bad that they will not even acknowledge the issue. The biggest problem is that now we need to make a lot of effort to switch to a new HRMS

With the help of this software you can automate your payroll calculation with tax and deductions and it help you to pay salary on time to all your employees. One of the best feature as you can use it free for one month with all the feature which are available as there is no restriction, so you can use it then you decide you want it or not. It help you to decrease error in payroll calculation also process all the payroll on time. It is a cloud based software which you can access on phone as well.
Cons:
Sometime helpline take so much time to connect and also this software become slow so it take so much time to upload page and also to move on to another page.

Its a great product overall. The following issues need resolution1) Only supported by a handful of banks for pay-runs2) Cannot add Professional Tax as a deduction to employee salaries
