Pros:

Strategeex is a software that helps to consolidate the data available and provides a clear view of the situation (market) to make the right decisions. As this software is online it allows a collaborative work with a final consolidation through relevant dashboards. This software is highly customisable & the support provided by the local team is great.

Cons:

This would be great if the software could make calculations (market shares, % of growth....).

Collaboratif/participatif Ludique ( démarche de “gamification”) (ideate,images,challenges,commentaires,likes etc…) Complet (indicateurs faisabilité, matrices diverses,notations,BM secondaires, Planification)

Cons:

Absence de vision synthétique moindre et peu processuelle (mulitplicité des indicateurs nuit à effet de synthèse) Une visualisation des projets peu optimale (absence de fiches synthétiques) Indépendance des modules = coupure dans le traitement des idées et faible cohérence d’ensemble ( 2 fois de la planification Projet dans select et scope) Peu de transparence à chaque étape du processs (portfolio etc…)
