Its very easy to use and user friendly for all the non-tech background, and the customer service for this is very helpful and give prompt response.

Cons:

Need to further improve the UI/UX for the intranet and also need to reduce the load time.

After One Year of Heavy Use

Initially we faced a lots of error, but after sometime of resolving the bugs it works fine. Just Creative Social Intranet team need to make it more eye catchy with modern theme design.

Its great and very simple to use software. You can customize it as per your preference. And one thing I like the most is their customer support team. Which is very active and highly knowledgeable about their product

Cons:

Sometimes it shows error in the initial phase and need to wait for the customer support team to resolve the issue. But now its working fine.

We opted to go ahead with Creative for our Intranet Portal development as it fulfilling our most important criteria of easy customization as per our needs; and we are happy with our decision. It has some well designed features like Employee Dashboard, News, Birthdays, Photo & Video Gallery etc. This portal is very well designed & developed so as to fit for all sorts of organization / company needs as far as Employee Engagement & communication is concerned in general. Its simple design & fully customizable feature allows you to develop & add mode modules to it.
