Unprofessional Service and Disrespectful Treatment of Customers

My experience with Cubbo has been overwhelmingly negative. The delivery drivers are unreliable and often create excuses to avoid completing deliveries, leading to unnecessary delays. Their lack of professionalism, combined with the inability to easily report dishonest behavior, makes dealing with the service extremely frustrating. Instead of resolving issues promptly, the company simply reschedules deliveries, wasting the customer’s time. It’s a disrespectful and inefficient service that has caused significant inconvenience.

It has been great working with cubbo since the beginning, we have reduce our internal labor costs thanks to the integration with Shopify, also we have reduce fulfillment costs and storaging costs more than we even expected. The comunication with them is really aesy and fast response. Overall it has been a really good experince having them as our logistic partners.
