Pros:

Goxee is easy to use and very intuitive. As the Marketing Manager, I can easily one click send texts or calls to customers to remind them of a vehicle they were interested in, I can directly call or text them from my Goxee portal and so much more. The possibilities are endless. I've been using Craig's List integration as well and everything is easily taken care of. If I have any issues, I call my representative and it's taken care the same day.

Cons:

My lack of time to really learn all the new features. Although it's not necessary since I can always call my representative for a quick breakdown, they have a lot of content and info built into the platform to view.

Overall, my representative Nick was able to easily show me the ins and outs of Goxee with a demo and I loved the countless integration possibilities from Car Guru's, Craig's List, Facebook Ads and so much more.

Buyer beware. Research other options. SPYNE > GOXEE

It was a short-lived headache that we used until we discovered a better alternative. To top it off, once we cancelled service, they continued to charge us for 4 months while knowing their service wasn't being provided and that we cancelled with our rep that conveniently is no longer with the company.

Unfortunately, the best part about the product was Alex (our previous rep) that is no longer with the company.

Cons:

Many things. 1. The separate dashboard that was not mobile friendly and while you could search for vehicles by stock number on desktop, you could not on mobile. We were promised that was "coming soon" for months but never did but was very inconvenient. 2. The constant chasing them to ask why photo'd vehicles weren't feeding and needing to be fixed. 3. Very very pricey by comparison to better alternatives such as SPYNE. 4. Feeds that were 24 hours behind due to lack of efficient integration. Our new provider feeds every 4 hours which allows for our photos to be live much sooner.

- I like that Goxee can be so easily be integrated with facebook, autotrader and sites like that. - Good to have all lead and communications through one CRM system - Amazing customer service - shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], always helped us for small or big problems.

- Still waiting to see a few features like - accepting deposit from customers. - Need a chat bot for interacting with customers on our website in real time. - Website load speed is a bit low.

Awesome Support Team!!

As a GM for a large dealer group I work with big companies everyday and Goxee by far has the best customer service!! They are always right there when you need them and go way above and beyond!! The stand outs for me are [SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] I can't say enough good about this team is and I total recommend anyone that is considering them to hire them!!

I like the ability to send my inventory to all the places it needs to go with custom water marks and phone numbers for each 3rd party vendor. The crm dash board to the criagslist poster this is a end to end solution

Excellent Custom Service

I have to say, the Goxee staff are by fare THE BEST I have come across in a VERY long time. I have primarily worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she definitely deserves a promotion! She has mastered the ability to quickly and efficiently get things done and her communication is superb! She is definitely a HUGE asset to the company. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! I also worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she also is super fast and excellent with her communications about the process and getting things done in a more that timely fashion. Both of these ladies have a #1 rating from me! Prior to meeting them, I worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I have to say, that they too are excellent at what they do and a valuable asset to this company. I wish I could hire all 4 of these staff members to work for us. Goxee, you have quite the staff. Your future is limitless with employees like those mentioned.

The software is super easy to use and the format is easy on the eye. The website options are awesome. We are SO happy to have our inventory displayed on one page. This gives potential buyers a look at everything we offer right off the bat which increases our opportunity to do business.

Cons:

I have only noticed a few minor things that I would change. 1. Their standard credit application doesn't provide all of the information needed to submit a loan. I believe that this is something that they are actually working on possibly editing. 2. The CRM doesn't offer templates for the sales team to utilize when replying to leads. I believe that this is something that they are actually working on possibly adding.

V12 is archaic and the staff is generally slow to respond. Their site is always crashing too. They have one employee over there that gets the job done. The rest are useless as far as I am concerned.

The quality of the pictures of the vehicles and the way it sends multiple vehicles into one add set. Really easy to use software also.

Cons:

It does a lot of stuff that I personally don’t use and it lacks a few things that I would really like to see included.
