My Build Cost has really helped our organisation avoiding cost overruns, and is also helping us in Estimating faster and more accurately.

Pros:

Best part about the software is that it generates automatic reports, which can be saved and exported into pdf or excel. All my drawings, reports, estimation along with quantity takeoff remains in the same environment which makes it super user friendly.

Cons:

No cons, as they have covered all the important aspects of estimation in the software.

Easiest to use

They have a easy UI. Automated reports are generated which are also useful. Once I had signed up they sent me a rate analysis library with close to 900 items in it. And I was called by their support team and told on how I could use the software and was given basic training. So overall was extremely happy with the experience. Although, I would love if they get 1 user login.

Was extremely easy to use and could do everything by self. I loved their inbuilt Rate Analysis library.

Cons:

Nothing to not like, but they should get 1 person login.
