Overall, this system is great. They have made managing our inventory so much easier.

Pros:

This system makes our inventory process from start to finish easier by having the functions we were manually doing being automated.

Cons:

When we first implemented this, we had some employees that needed extra time understanding this system, which is understandable.

Reasons for switching to Inventory360

Wasp didn't fully do what we needed the system to do so we had to use multi programs just to manage inventory and shipping.

Usability, Feature-Set, generelle UI/UX, es wurden sehr viele Abteilungen bedacht und die Assets können tatsächlich im "360-Grad-Blick" im Unternehmen angesehen werden!

Cons:

Auch nach fast 2 Jahren kann ich hier keinen Punkt nennen, wir sind absolut zufrieden und auch neue Kollegen kommen nach kurzer Einführung sofort zurecht.

Mehrere Management-Services enthalten für einen Preis, bsp. Flottenmanagement etc. + Gute Dokumentation

Cons:

Teilweise nicht alle Funktionen die wir benötigen bzw. gerne hätten sind im Asset Management enthalten (damit meine ich coole Features) die für uns eventuell sinnvoll wären.

Sehr gutes und vor allem sehr preiswertes Produkt zur Verwaltung aller Assets und mehr! Sehr viele zusätzliche Features wie Auto Discovery, Fleet und Vertragsverwaltung, Benachrichtigungen, ... und herausragender Support!

Cons:

Manche Punkte nicht ganz intuitiv, aber durch Consulting&Walk-In kann alles sehr schnell gelernt werden und für schnelle Hilfe ist die Dokumentation auch super. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen :)

Wir verwenden die App seit mehreren Jahren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass sogar Funktionen, die sich Endkund:innen wünschen eingebaut werden und für uns konkret wurden.

Die App am Smartphone könnte noch etwas ausgebaut werden (Verleih, Selfservice)

Der Name stimmt oben nicht, Lehrerinformationssystem, Individualprodukt, das auch eine Online-Liste angeboten, aber nur in Form einer Liste Zu wenig spezifisch für den Verwendungszweck Inventarliste und Verleih schwierig realisierbar mit History und Vorab-Anfragen.

Der Kundensupport antwortet in wenigen Minuten und hat immer Hilfe bereit, Das Produkt leistet mehr als es brauch und kann vielseitig angewendet werden, die Konnektivität zu dem Drucker und Scanner sind perfekt und haben in knapp 2 Jahren keine Probleme und die Asset-Erstellung verläuft auch ohne Probleme, Übersichtlich ist das Programm so oder so.

Cons:

Ich habe potentiell keine Kritik-Punkte, da auf anfragen schnell reagiert wird. Teilweise tue ich mich beim Filtern noch schwer in der Suche. Ansonsten alles Top
