We had been looking for a tool like this for quite some time and luckily found it.

If you also use email and Spreadsheets for your marketing emails, this is a must-try tool. And it's quite affordable for almost all types of businesses.

The biggest problem that Rangeflow solves for us is that we are now able to email directly from within Google Spreadsheets. It saves so much time. We don't have to upload an excel or a CSV file to the tool, nor have to worry about emailing manually.

Cons:

The product has improved relatively better now since I started using it.

Range Flow as easy it can be

I have been searching for a cold emailing tool for a long time, tried a few and then I came to know about RangeFlow. Firstly, I was hesitant as it's a Gmail and Google sheets add-on, I had a chat with the RangeFlow team. They answered all my queries and I became confident.The kind of support and care provided by the RangeFlow team is impressive. This software is extremely easy to use.If you are like me who uses Gmail a lot you will love it.You can create Pipelines, segments, and stages for prospects and also manage your entire cold email campaign inside Google Sheets and Gmail. "I've used quite a few email products to help me have a smooth process for my outreach. Frankly, I was not expecting RangeFlow to be that good. Working inside Google Sheets just felt basic and limited. However, this software is amazing. It's very straightforward and doesn't have the unnecessary fluff that many software's tend to have. And the fact that we're sending via Gmail is amazing for delivery. I love that it acts as a lightweight sales CRM and I can manage everything within this interface. It's easy to overlook and not appreciate how great this platform is. My assistant will be using this to expand my outreach and I know she will have an easy time learning it because of how well laid out this platform is."

I've been using RangeFlow for a few weeks now, and I have to say that I'm impressed. The tool is easy to use and has definitely saved me a lot of time. The best cold emailing tool out there!!!

Overall, Rangeflow has been game changer in our cold emailing process. Since we all save our prospects' data into Google Spreadsheets and Excel, we used to send emails manually. However, with Rangeflow, we are now able to send mass emails within a few seconds. Plus, features such as setting up automated follow up messages make it more sales friendly.
