WellnessLiving features online booking which allows students to book classes online in available time slots. With automated reminders, users can send email and text reminders to students so that they are aware of the class time. It provides an online store, which enables users to list custom courses on business websites. This functionality allows students to register for courses and make online payments for class fees and merchandise.

WellnessLiving offers campaign management capabilities, which enables businesses to send automated email and text campaign messages for targeting customer acquisition and retention. It also offers a mobile application for Android and iOS devices. Pros:
I like the weekly training virtual sessions so I can use the software to its full potential. I like being able to have multiple schedule widgets, and I appreciate the patience from the staff.
Cons:
There is not much to dislike; however, I do wish the User Apps had fewer glitches. That has been recurrent but not terrible.

Overall I’ve had a wonderful experience with wellness living. Their onboarding team is truly exceptional, shout out to [sensitive content hidden].

I like the scheduling features in the calendar view. Also, the ability to take waivers and intake forms.
Cons:
Their payment processing service, Paragon payment solutions, is cumbersome. Their customer service isn’t the best and I’ve been having trouble with them since August of 2025.

Cons:
The app sometimes freezes and loads slowly. Sometimes I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working.

We moved to WellnessLiving during a period when our business was growing quickly and our old scheduling system just couldn’t keep up anymore. The shift made our day-to-day operations feel much more organized and predictable, especially with lessons tied to specific practice bays! that change alone solved a lot of stress for our team. It’s not perfect, but it’s been a meaningful, supportive system for us as we’ve continued to grow.

The overall onboarding experience great. They really take the time to understand how we operate and took the extra effort to work with us on solutions.

Fixes and alterations to the system can sometimes take longer than ideal, but there's always a follow up.

Wellness Living is a great tool to utilize to market your classes/studio, as well as user friendly when booking a class. It also easy to make payments through the app and the layout is presented in an organized easy manner.
Cons:
I have found the application can be glitchy at times, which I have found to be an annoyance. There have been times where I had to close out or redownload the app, which then fixes it.

Cons:
Takes a little time to learn all of the features but that is a normal part of the learning process. Wellness Living’s customer service had multiple meetings with me to navigate everything and was super helpful.
