AccuMed is designed for Behavioral Health and Substance Use facilities that offer Dual Diagnosis, Co-Occurring treatments.
Our four key offerings include:
AccuMed EHR - Our robust and easy to use EHR which includes configurable and flexible Session Notes, Treatment Plans, Forms, Report, Workflows, and Rules.
AccuMed OTP - Our optional OTP Dispensing solution for Orders, Inventory Control, OTP and MAT Dispensing, Exceptions Reporting, DEA Reporting, Pump management, etc. Offered as a stand-alone solution or a single database integration with our EHR.
AccuMed Small Office (SO) - Designed for single practice and offices up to 10 users, AccuMed SO provides the essential features needed to manage schedules, progress notes, billing, and reporting.
AccuMed RCM - Our RCM Billing Outsourcing service that can be stand-alone or combined with any of our solutions offers full outsourcing for claim scrubbing, claim submission, denials management, and reporting. You'll reduce the burden on your billing stall, while reducing denials and billing for the maximum that you are entitled to.

It has been an excellent experience. As a new practice, I was having issues with a previous EMR. An AccuMed team came in on a holiday weekend to set up my EMR, manage the usernames and passwords. I was up and running immediately. They were available to help make the transition a smooth one.

Revenue cycle management, thus far, has been great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is responsive, on top of the work, and proactive in configuring solutions. The software development for our needs can tend to be slow. There are meetings where we come to an agreement for a deadline and find that it's missed and we need to continue to remind/prompt and then revisit the following month. Generally, we have had a positive experience with Accumedic. Recently support requests have been a little slower to resolve but not a consistent problem. Start-up was great - a lot of support, techinical assistance and training.

I have to call AccuMedic A LOT... A LOT. Every person who answers is exceptionally NOT friendly. They are very short with me, interrupt me when I am speaking, and are impatient if I cannot quickly find the information they are requesting. I literally hate calling them because it's so uncomfortable. They need to hire friendlier people.
