About Cyfluent

CyCHART from Cyfluent is a cloud-based, Meaningful Use Stage 2 certified electronic health recording (EHR) solution designed for solo and small size ambulatory practices. In addition to general practices, it also serves cardiology, ophthalmology, podiatry and pulmonology specialties.

CyCHART is ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certified for ambulatory care and offers dynamic charting and drag and drop interface that provides access to a patient's critical data. With CyCHART, physicians can collect patient information electronically during their visit.

The solution automatically creates a health risk assessment that lets both the practice and insurance company review and address any risk. There are also functions for chronic disease management, e-prescribing, clinical flowcharts and nutritional notes.

Cyfluent also offers modules for patients to access their personal health records, as well as practice management and clearinghouse capabilities.

The solution is available on a monthly subscription basis.

Cyfluent/Protomed Review

Protomed has been a great program to use. No more dealing with trying to call into Emdeon and Novitas to send claims, they get sent via the Internet. They created a custom interface to download WebPT claim files that saves us hours of work a day. Support is always available and has answers in hours instead of days at most other software vendors these days. They have been a real pleasure to work with.

Cons:

Cyfluent has quite a few excellent modules that work together seamlessly. Sometimes it is hard to know which module you are working in.

Cyfluent EHS

Cyfluent has been much more then I excepted. The ease of use along with the continued support has been wonderful. The EHS flows much like "good old fashioned" physician notes and can be customized to your practice needs. A flaw would be that if there is a problem within the system I feel that everyone using the system should be notified. This would be easy for them to do in a release note format. The time to fix a problem within the system has improved. If you are looking at an EHR you must remember that the EHS is not STACTIC it CHANGES .

Great!

A year ago we switched over to this software and have loved it since the day that we started using it. The transition was easy, the help from support is awesome and actually with a person and not just some automated machine that will "call you back". The update for the ICD-10 is phenomenal!! It is going to be a GREAT help when the change takes effect!! The way that they have made it to be able to convert the codes for you is great and helps so that you don't have to just immediately pull out the big book to start looking up codes! They also are constantly updating things to make everything easier for the user! Love the new update ICD-10 switch over will be much easier with these changes!! They are ahead of the game and that will make things much smoother!

Cyfluent/Protomed

We use both products for all our billing and E H R trainings. The reasons we selected Cyfulent and Protomed is because they are so user friendly and the support is wonderful. The students learn fast and the instructors are pleased. With so many choices we are delighted that we made the right choice.
