For practitioners who are nervous about choosing an EMR product, I encourage you to consider DrCloudEMR. As one who does not enjoy the business side of practice, I needed a user-friendly EMR product that is efficient and easy to use. I also needed a product that is useful for mental health services. DrCloudEMR has exceeded my expectations and has met these needs. Now that DrCloudEMR is set up, the electronic submission of claims is quick and painless. The system has tools, such as the Claim Manager, that help me track claims easily. I also appreciate that I can individualize the Fee Sheet to fit my practice’s needs; it is very helpful that I have been able to set up a short list inside the Fee Sheet section of the Billing section. The customer service from DrCloudEMR is excellent. My questions are answered quickly and the service representatives take time to make sure my needs have been met. They are kind, respectful and very helpful. I would highly recommend this product to counselors who want a user-friendly product and great customer service.

I see many practice owners and managers on here praising this product. As an end user, I have to say it's the worst I've ever seen or used, and that's not a close call. Please show mercy on your line employees and purchase something else...anything else....anything at all.

We recently bought the EMR from DrCloud and have been very pleased with the program and the response that we have gotten from them around changes that we needed to be in compliant with our certifications. We are a small Chemical Dependency Agency, 3 clinicians, and we needed something that was affordable and efficient. The people that work at DrCloud are patient and willing to see it from your perspective and help you with your own personal processess. The staff at DrCloud worked with us to make sure that it worked with Washington State Laws and they helped with the implementation of them in the system. They have a great product and understand that our industry is not always "One Size Fits All". We are very happy with our decision to purchase this EMR and would recommend it to any small business. This is a web based product and is very user friendly. You don't have to drill down to find the things that you need to work with the patient. It allows you to customize to each individual facility.

I am the medical director of a large drug and alcohol treatment center in Oregon. We made the decision to go electronic two years ago and realized there were very few products that met our specific needs(medical, mental health ,multiple state forms, ect). We were approached by Dr Cloud EMR to develop a product specific to our needs. They responded with a wonderful product that is easy to use and meets all HIPPA and federal confidentiality rules. It is fully certified, so we were able to get stimulus money to help with development and implementation. I have a mixed staff, all who found implementation and use easy. I have worked with several EMR systems in the past and find this product very user friendly. Customer support and training has been top notch. Dr Cloud EMR has made it possible for me to manage a large population of clients in different treatment facilities with ease. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality EMR product.

we have been using DrCloud since June 2013 and are quite pleased with the application and the support team assigned to our Company. The team has worked diligently with us to customize the program to our needs with an emphasis on making it as intuitive as technically possible. We currently have 60 users, all accessing the program from remote locations on both desktop and mobile devices. As the world becomes increasingly mobile, we have worked closely with the support team to improve the look and feel of the program on the most popular mobile devices. Although the program works on all internet browsers, we find that it's functionality is most consistent on Chrome. Last year we worked closely with our support and development team to develop a brand new timesheet application unique to our needs and have been using it successfully for over 1 year now and it has been very reliable.

Where Dr. Cloud lacks in overall components, they make up in customer service and attentiveness. I like the use of permissions and completions that the provider can set to be sure staff are completing notes prior to billing. The billing and accounting side of Dr. Cloud is adequate and I am happy they are working hard to improve these aspects. I use several different EHR/billing software programs in my office, they all have limitations. Dr.Cloud is the most responsive to updating, changing and improving their software per provider request, rather than some specific update.

DrCloudEMR meets (and in most cases, exceeds) all the needs of my dermatology practice. My staff and I find it very easy and intuitive to use. The user interface is very clean and we can access whatever we need with very few clicks. This is one of the most concise and easy to use EMR i have seen. I can build my own forms without incurring any extra cost. I can generate any report i need to run my practice efficiently. My staff is thrilled by how easy DrCloudEMR has made their day-to-day tasks. The integrated billing has significantly lowered our costs and increased revenues. I can access DrCloudEMR from anywhere, anytime and though my phone and iPad as well. Their customer service is very knowledgeable, friendly and the reponse time is very quick. We are impressed by how fast they solve our problems!

I run an advanced Vein Management and Care Clinic. I use Dr Cloud EMR on a regular basis now and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an EMR in the Vein Care space. My staff is mixed with full-time and part-time folks and now they are able to use DrCloud to collaborate to document patient care given, follow-ups, billing and run reports that I need. I have used other EMRs and Dr Cloud is the easiest to use and the customer support and service is stellar. They are very responsive. They also took all our existing paper forms and converted to electronic. It also includes a nice graphical tool for me to easily draw on using my iPad. I can't wait to get my hands on their next version. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an EMR.
