With regards to the trouble your patients sometimes have with Samsung phones, we've recently updated our Android app, so perhaps ask them to make sure they've downloaded the latest version. Or it might be worth mentioning, they don't even really need the app. Our service can work right through the Chrome web browser on their phones.
