Great EMR System with Top Notch Customer Service

I have been very satisfied user of MD Charts for over 9 years. Program is user friendly for providers, MA's, front desk and billers. Unlike most EHR programs, my providers actually see more patients a day due to the ease of use and customization of the program

Pros:

The ease of use and customization of templates Additional modules for Pathology, Telemedicine, and MIPS reporting are available MIPS Scores are always close to 100% due to the design of the program Assists with proper ICD-10 coding and use of modifiers Excellent technical support staff and staff training

Cons:

There is really nothing I don't like about the software.

Nothing worth writing about, can't really think of something that really bothers me about the program.

Pros:

I like the reports I'm able to run. I have to print and print to disk all different areas of a chart for record releases. Appreciate the flexibility of this software

Cons:

Havent come up with any yet. I havent encountered any, I'm only with the company a few years. Check back in a few.

The best feature is the help that is readily available and willing

Cons:

The cumbersome way to find a pt, many times it says pt does not exist unless I put the name a certain way. Need to change and make it easier.

Reasons for choosing MD Charts

The support was very difficult to understand but they were very reasonable at $80 a month and since my practice is very small with about 8-10 pts a week, the price was a serious consideration.

Reasons for switching to MD Charts

difficult to understand the tech support due to language challenge (India).
