About WEBeDoctor

WEBeDoctor is a cloud-based practice management solution that helps medical practices to manage their daily administrative operations. Key features include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient electronic medical records (EMR) and more.

WEBeDoctor is HIPAA compliant and caters to multiple specialties that include cardiology, ophthalmology, podiatry and pediatrics among others. It also offers users features such as electronic prescriptions, lab ordering and reporting, digital images, transcription, referrals, electronic billing and revenue cycle management.

WEBeDoctor's WEBeVoice Tele-Reminder system offers users a voice messaging service that helps them to manage the communications between the doctors and the patients. Users can remind, confirm, cancel or reschedule patient appointments and send them customized messages and instructions. It also supports multiple languages.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis after a one-time set up fees that includes support via phone, email, FAQs and an online support portal.

Perfect EMR for smaller practice

Fantastic customer service, always ready to help. I have worked with many larger EMR companies, but WebE is great to work with, because they care about their clients. You are not just a number. It is easy to train new employees.

Easy to use. Very self explanatory. Personal adjustments to the patients chart (like templates) can be made.

Cons:

I would like to see all providers schedules on one page sometimes. I wish it was easier to move a patient into another schedule (i.e. pull it off to the side and drop into an available opening) More options for reports in billing.

WEBeDoctor is a good company

Overall it has been positive. The IT support staff is amazing and if the issue is severe you get to talk to the owner and he will fix it. There are just a few things that keep this from a 5 star review and really they are more annoying than functionality.

We have experienced quite a few problems with webedoctor lately. These problems consist of data that is entered into the system does not seem to stay in the system. Also there have been several issues brought to tech supports attention that have yet to be resolved. Overall we are leaning towards looking for another EMR, that is more userfriendly.
