Great system for a private club!

We are so glad we reached out 3 years ago to partner with Access Granted Systems. We weren't sure of what to expect but this has been great for us!

Pros:

The customer service was fantastic. Anytime we had questions or issues, there was someone to quickly help to resolve. All systems were very user friendly. Using this system helped tremendously with non member access as well as missing guest fee revenue.

Cons:

The only complaint I could have is that there is no way to integrate with the clubs management software ( Jonas). However, there are many reports available in order to upload the data for fee billing purposes.

Great company & great employess

Overall, I have had a great experience with Access Granted Systems. It has made pool season very easy. It's easier to track pool passes and if I have any questions, there are a ton of resources.

Swim Season is Easier Now!

This is our second year to use it. [sensitive content hidden] understood our concerns as newbies and also when we needed updates to start the second season. Every community pool situation is different and AG offers many options to work within each neighborhood's system. I would definitely recommend this system

[sensitive content hidden] always answers our questions quickly and completely. He seems to anticipate our issues before we know they could become issues. Issues being the fact that the system is relatively new to our association.

Cons:

I can't come up with a 'dislike'. Our one issue is simply getting the lifeguards up to speed on the system but our office is not in charge of that, the pool company is.

I find this system very user friendly. Easy to look up accounts, check people in and out, access how many members have entered the pool

Cons:

It would be nice if it had the option of weekend only membership but i have found a way around that and i would also like to find a way to see which of our members ahe pictures an which dont.

Although there are a lot of intricacies in the online system, [sensitive content hidden] set up an incredibly helpful virtual review which made me feel like I truly had a comprehensive understanding of the system.

Cons:

Presently there is no option to not mail out additional guest passes if a unit owner or resident adds another pool pass to their already processed application, but I believe [sensitive content hidden] is already working on a way to be able to toggle that already.
