Great EHR, minor changes recommended

Ripsy had all the essential features needed for a small practice. At issues were quickly handled by the customer service team limiting burden on patients.

Ease of e-prescribing including stimulants Easy note templates Vitals and Rx tabs

Cons:

Would have liked integrated telehealth platform and insurance/billing capabilities, patient portal/messaging would also be nice.
