Great Product With Stellar Customer Service

Our old online system to collect donations was not going to work with our new website so we are very happy to have found a product in GiveWP that is cost effective and solves all our needs.

Pros:

As a non-profit organization, keeping costs low is extremely important to us and the cost of this product is definitely worth the features we get. They also have a stellar customer service team that helped us solve a critical issue by writing us custom code for our website so the emails we received after a donation captured information no traditionally sent to the payment processor.

Cons:

The feature we mentioned above that needed custom code should be a standard feature of the product.

The Authorize.Net code would not work in our new website

Pros:

The customer service and the support are among the best I have ever experienced in over 25 years of online work for clients. Quite honestly, if I could give 1000 stars, I would.

Cons:

Really nothing, it's a great plugin. I would say that anything anyone would run into as a problem, all they have to do is contact customer support and the team there stays with you until the issue is solved. Rare air in today's world.

Everything I need in a donation plug-in

GiveWP's customer service is top-notch, and (as someone who is not a web designer) the plug-in is easy to navigate and very user-friendly. Whenever I get stuck, GiveWP's customer service unsticks me.
