Overall, Yooz is a reliable AP automation tool that delivers significant efficiency gains for finance teams. Once the workflows are properly configured, it reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and provides strong visibility into payables. While it takes time to get used to and requires upfront setup effort, the long-term benefits in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance make it a strong choice for medium to large organizations. The Yooz team are always there to help, especially in helping when certain integrations are required, which can be quite difficult to achieve, they always managed to give us a solution

Cons:
The initial setup and configuration can be complex. However, the team within Yooz help out on getting to know the business, understanding your needs and setting it up for you. Reporting could be more customizable and user-friendly, although you can save dedicated reports, it still requires more a more experienced user to arrive t the desired reports.

Great! very quick and easy. The upload is quick and the image reading is very accurate. The roll up function makes bulk expenses swift.

It would be great to be able to send receipts to Yooz and it aborbs the image and rolls up the expense

The ease of processing the purchase invoices at the end. the fact that it caters for both PO and non PO invoices (as not all invoices need POs) the reporting functions (using search bar too to look up documents) The ease of seeing your tasks in your section. Yooz breaks down invoice processing and Purchasing processing.
Cons:
Some of our functions still don't work - we implemented a 'Split' functionality but when we made some changes it stopped working. Its still not working however the support team are looking into it with the development team.

Reasons for choosing Yooz

Lightyear wasn't able to sync with our other system. making importing financial data hard.

Reasons for switching to Yooz

Needed some other form of order approval management which tied in with our process flow.

Yooz allows you to include several dimensions when raising a purchase request which means it easily maps to the existing dimensions within our finance system.
Cons:
I feel the reporting functionality within Yooz is limited and could be enhanced. A detailed dashboard style report would be useful.

We moved to a new finance system and needed a product that linked with it.

As an approver, I prefer Yooz to it's predecessor. It is easy for me to track my Tasks, approve items and interrogate prior transactions.

It is quite intuitive It is relatively stable Flexible coding structures allow "right first time" postings
Cons:
The approval structures can be inflexible. For example, if multiple staff of the same level need to approve something it can take forever stepping through the process one at a time.

All great so far. It was very easy to learn how to use Yooz. Started using a couple of months back and already on top of it, without any hindrances. Adding vendor with the company and payments processes streamlined in a orderly and easy manner. Overall value for money..

Its great to have the organization using and accessing all the PO's in a single space. Also the login is safe and easy to make sure having all the finances saved securely.
Cons:
Sometime the PO's that have been approved, disappear from the history. Which in some cases makes accounting and bookkeeping a bit difficult.
