Optimy is an all-in-one, easily configurable social impact management solution that helps organizations of all types such as corporations, corporate foundations, philanthropic advisors, and mission-driven organizations amplify their social and business impact.
Key features include automated workflows, project management, budgeting, document management, project collaboration, reporting, task management, time tracking, and project scheduling.
With Optimy, you can create standardized forms to collect, select, and easily manage all information from your social impact programs, such as grant management, employee engagement, or sponsorships.
You can manage all projects from a single, customizable dashboard. Optimy facilitates project collaboration between internal and external departments by letting team members assign tasks, read and share comments, and record budget information. You can then automatically score each project within an organization, according to your specified criteria. With Optimy’s reporting tools, you can export all or part of your data in .csv or .xls format.

With Optimy you can receive projects through multiple channels while using the same back-end, that is exactly what we needed! This way, we can manage the projects for the sheltered foundations and the funding requests we receive with the same tool. All relevant information on each project are now centralised in the tool and what's even more practical is that a contract is automatically generated for every request that has been approved. The Optimy Solution really makes our management process so much easier!
