Optimy is an all-in-one, easily configurable social impact management solution that helps organizations of all types such as corporations, corporate foundations, philanthropic advisors, and mission-driven organizations amplify their social and business impact.

Key features include automated workflows, project management, budgeting, document management, project collaboration, reporting, task management, time tracking, and project scheduling.

With Optimy, you can create standardized forms to collect, select, and easily manage all information from your social impact programs, such as grant management, employee engagement, or sponsorships.

You can manage all projects from a single, customizable dashboard.     Five Years of Trust: Optimy’s Commitment to Customer-Centric Solutions

    Optimy offers a lot of flexibility for customer-specific requirements. As a result, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming, but the contacts guide you wonderfully through this jungle. We especially appreciate that after the setup, we are no longer dependent on Optimy in our day-to-day business. Only in the case of system disruptions (which are quite rare) do we rely on their competent and quick support. We are even notified immediately by email about disruptions and also when the issue has been resolved. Our contact person is always available to us and provides very competent advice when we want to integrate new functions. We have always found a solution so far, and we have always appreciated their mediation with experts on complicated IT issues. Optimy has also demonstrated open communication in the case of errors and has shown that they can deal well and fairly with customers. This is the kind of service provider one wishes for. Optimy is a service provider that seeks solutions for everything but also clearly communicates where the limits are. We have been working trustfully and happily with Optimy for over 5 years and have observed a great development of additional functions over the years. It is a company that continually improves and seeks customer-friendly solutions to make the customers' everyday work more efficient.

    The Optimy team works very closely with us to help identify solutions within the tool for our programs. Everyone that we have dealt with on the team have been excellent to work with and the transition to the new tool has been seamless.

    Being able to make personal edits to the software is a huge improvement in our efficiency.
    Cons:
    There are some automated features that were available in our previous solution which are not available in the Optimy tool.

    Over all, the implementation experience has been smoother than I expected. Don't underestimate how much time it takes to set up the forms and templates, but the more you do upfront, the easier the process of working with the system will be once it's live.

    This is the first time we've had a dedicated off-the-shelf grants management product so I was a bit apprehensive. However, Optimy is more intuitive than I expected, once you understand the logic behind the system (and I'm not a systems/technical person!) The dashboard is cleaner than some other products we looked at, and the functionality is more sophisticated than we actually need. The system seems flexible and can be customised to our needs.
    Cons:
    Our grants require one or two academic references to support each application and that's not something that the system as it is now was set up to manage. The evaluation platform is a bit clunky as is the manual workaround. However, Optimy staff have been helpful in working out how we can do what we need to do, and the product is being developed further so hopefully this is something that can be built in later.

    Implementing Optimy, after a rigorous search process for the most features at the most competitive price, has been extremely easy. The implementation team was professional, but fun; expert, but accessible. The product is east to navigate and has all of the functions that I need to stand up a new CSR department at a global company, and it can be easily scaled to meet the growing demand for our work within the company.
    Cons:
    Honestly, I didn't spend much time with the implementation team because the product is so easy to set up and use.
