About Qualified

Qualified is an exam software that helps businesses conduct assessments to measure and evaluate employees' skills, knowledge and abilities. The platform enables managers to create custom question banks and exams using a drag-and-drop interface.

The system is equipped with tools for online testing, reporting and analytics. Operators can assign exams to employees, track progress and review results. Additionally, the system includes an instructor dashboard that allows instructors to manage exam settings and monitor the progress of students.

The UI makes instructions easier to read and understand

Having the option to take the test whenever most convenient for me is invaluable. It worries me that corporations propose these evaluations via live video calls with screen sharing. Currently employed, I find it inconvenient to coordinate meetings with the company's engineer at a time that works for both of our schedules.

Pros:

I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time using Qualified.io. The practice test and explanation helped me feel prepared for the actual exam. The user interface was intuitive and pleasant to interact with. Coding was sweeter with IntelliSense and other perks.

Cons:

Taking a break was confusing, but I didn't need to halt either test. It was inconvenient that the browser's built-in spellcheck failed to function.

Reasons for switching to Qualified

The interface is really user-friendly. There is nothing complicated or hard to figure out. The ability to modify the unit tests facilitates debugging during the problem-solving process. Since TDD, and hence starting with the tests, is the best method for me to tackle a problem, this makes perfect sense.

Pros:

One of my favorite features of Qualified is the ability to create custom assessments based on the knowledge and abilities you need. Many other types of inquiries can be made. This software enables the efficient distribution of several exams to a single or a large number of candidates, with or without a deadline, and with or without a shared link.

Cons:

In video interviews, there is some ambiguity over the optimal length of both the question and the test. It was rough going at first, but ever since we got the integration sorted out, things have been excellent.

Reasons for switching to Qualified

Creating a unique test and getting it out to potential hires meets all of our needs in a short amount of time.

I enjoyed the ease of creating and implementing new assessments on the fly. It's exactly what we needed for our various course offerings and modalities.

Cons:

If users took multiple assessments, each assessment they took shows up next to their name and becomes a bit difficult to parse.

Reasons for switching to Qualified

We needed a platform to assess coding abilities outside of multiple-choice, true/false, and write-in questions.

An excellent and realistic online assessment job-simulating

It tests how well I have been understanding and retaining the material presented in class. It's helping me gauge how well I've retained the material I've been studying. Everything I required for productive work was at my disposal. The questions were straightforward, and I had no doubts going in that I would pass the test easily thanks to the platform.

With its interesting and user-friendly UI, learning new material is a breeze. Taking tests need not be intimidating because there is a shallow learning curve. The system integrates smoothly with any online learning environment.

Cons:

I have no problems about Qualified at this time. So far, I have not had any hiccups in the system, and I have been able to learn at my own pace. In general, I've enjoyed myself.

Great learning experience using Qualified

It's making it easier for businesses to weed out unqualified applicants while also lowering the burden of memory connected with technical difficulties. In comparison to purely theoretical approaches, such as researching data structures, this technical challenge allows me to demonstrate my practical knowledge and expertise.

Allows flexible evaluations of multiple languages' code

Having the power to design and administer tests that specifically target the skills and knowledge you need is one of Qualified's greatest strengths. There are a plethora of possible additional questions. With this program, you can easily send many tests to a single user or a large group of people, with or without a common deadline and access URL.

Helpful support staff made it easy to learn how to use this new feature. The Qualified team is happy to work with clients to meet their individual knowledge acquisition needs.

Cons:

There is some debate about how long a question or quiz should be in a video interview. It was difficult at first, but after we solved the integration problem, everything worked smoothly.

Qualified is a leading piece of applicant evaluation software

We owe a great deal of our success on our certification examinations to the support of Qualified. The system is simple, and the qualified technical assistance is excellent.

Pros:

Candidates can take their exams on a centralized system and from any location they want. It is no longer necessary for applicants to take time off work and waste half a day traveling to our offices in order to take an examination.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the program; however, I have not had much occasion to make use of all of its functions. We haven't used Qualified for interviews yet, but that's something I'd like to change.

I really like the pre-built assessments that the product offers and multiple coding languages are supported. It shows us detailed reports as well which is really helpful

Cons:

There is not much that I do not like about this tool! It saves us a lot of time when searching for developers

Pros:

Qualified has amongst the best features of candidate assessment software we've tested. I especially like the ability to playback candidates answers: it lets you get a sense of their thought process, not just the final answer. It has good support for a variety of languages and unit testing, although we've primarily used Python. The UI is clean and functional for both the candidate and assessor.

Cons:

It'd be nice if there was easier integration with version control software. Right now we develop our assessments in Git then copy-and-paste over.
