About Siteline

Siteline is the only real-time, collaborative billing software built for trade contractors. Our software handles the entire billing workflow: We digitize payment applications, generating the exact forms your GCs require, so your accounting team can accurately bill projects 6x faster (which enables accounting teams to focus on cash collection without adding any additional resources). We even integrate with common payment portals like Textura and GCPay to make the workflow efficient and seamless.

Siteline also handles the lien waiver process (both with your GCs as well as any lower tiers) as well as any compliance documents (like COIs)—eliminating any hurdles to getting paid on time. And our robust reporting tool gives you critical insights into your company's financial health along with billing projections and cash flow forecasts.

Game changer for anyone who loathes invoicing

Fantastic core platform with a great team how is very knowledgeable about the industry they serve, get value for price, and accessible with that economic price point and a simple interface making it great for smaller clients as well as the big fish.

Pros:

Their form fill process is second to none. It transformed the way my company processed billings, tracked cash flow, handled contract compliance, and managed our lien waivers for both our subs and our clients.

Cons:

The estimating and project management software I current use does not flow directly through as of yet, but they have mentioned that integration at a later date.

Reasons for switching to Siteline

Too complex and too expensive. Getting to the feature I wanted was not intuitive and there was so much functionality doing simple tasks became a burden.

Streamlined Billing and Outstanding Customer Service

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with Siteline. The software performs reliably, and the team is highly responsive whenever an issue arises. It helped streamline billing by housing all the forms in one place. It saved significant time on paperwork and made it easy to submit invoices remotely. It is also very user-friendly and intuitive.

Cons:

The Procore integration doesn't work well, and you can't import projects for "quick bill".

Reasons for switching to Siteline

Sage was not as robust in its AR reporting and form management.

The implementation was great and went very smoothly with Siteline's assistance. I love the visibility and the overall functionality of the billing program. It has simplified our billing process and reduced the number of billing errors.

Cons:

It would be helpful if the reporting was a little more robust. If we could combine some the information into different reports would be helpful.
