iona offers customizable onboarding checklists, e-signatures, and the ability to collect employee information digitally.; in my opinion, these are the best feature. it has made our onboarding and employee background verification process very easy. thanks to iona for making our lives simpler.

Pros:

iona is great at developing, automating, and standardizing onboarding processes for new recruits, teams, and managers. It also saves time for administrative work in the People Service department and gives new hires more rewarding onboarding experiences.

Cons:

Nothing It's just too perfect and I haven't had any difficulty while using the software.
