Onsite: In invaluable asset for managing buildings and creating stronger resident communities.

Onsite is an intuitive package and quite easy to nagivate and use. I am still learning my way around all of the features, but have been enjoying re-designing our preventative maintenance schedule recently.

Onsite has become and invaluable resource for keeping records relating to our residents, assets and preventative maintenance processes. The ability to easily issue broadcasts to our residents, owners and property managers has helped us to create a real sense of community while providing important updates. It is a great platform for storing accessable, up to date documents for our residents e.g. By-laws, WHS Plan and Resident Manual. Equally, the ability for residents to be able to easily log maintenance requests or book amenities has really increased our efficiencies in managing the building on a day to day basis.
Cons:
* I would like to see more of a seamless relationship between the portal and the Resident App, and am looking forward to these enhancements. * Having to save in multiple spaces on the same screen can be a little time consuming. Especially if you forget one section and then lose your information. * You have to refresh the screen a lot. * I find I need to draft my broadcasts in Word and then past them into Onsite, as the formatting and spacing in Onsite isn't very forgiving when drafting.

Reasons for switching to Onsite

Onsite is more user friendly. Much easier to customise.

Best Building Management Software I've ever used!

Onsite has been a game changer for us. It's been a real time-saver, and definitely worth every penny. Not only does it make my daily work a lot easier, but they're always rolling out improvements. It's a solid investment that keeps paying off for our company. I can't imagine running our facilities without it now.

I appreciate how Onsite has simplified our work. Its document and case management features have cut down paperwork and keep our tasks neatly organized. I'm also impressed by the multi-site function, helping us track all our buildings from one spot. It's user-friendly, quick, and looks slick, which is more than I can say for other tools we've used. And the best part? They're always improving it, and getting it up and running was no sweat at all.
Cons:
There is really nothing to fault with Onsite. It's an incredibly well-crafted tool that significantly enhances our ability to manage our properties effectively and efficiently. [sensitive content hidden] is always willing to help with any questions we have.
