Pros:

BigAgile has accelerated brainstorming and collaborative with intelligent and ideation Kanban and scrum that enable us turn conecepts into wireframe effortlessly. Also it has simplified the whole project management when streamlined our workflow with AI powered task automations and smart reminders ensuring we stay on track and meet our deadlines. Amazingly, Bigagile integrates flawlessly with our other tools elevating our design game.

Cons:

This platform has been reliable and functional thank we expected. We have no dislikes at all

As its name suggest it gives better tools to create value for our client as per agile principles Using bigagile resulted in fast feedback from the clients which eventually resulted in better client satisfaction

Cons:

It required our teams time to adapt to the whole agile methodology concepts cause there may be lack of great documentation

BigAgile is big on collaboration Within our every project, collaboration has been seamless. As a team we effortlessly share documents and files, monitor progress, engage in project execution. It saves us time by enabling us to easily make similar projects with preset steps using project workflows. Atleast we don't start from scratch every time — give them the freedom from repetitive tasks. BigAgile really speed up our project workflow by providing us with financial management function that enable us to effortlessly predict how much money your project will bring in, figure out the costs, and then see how it matches up with what actually happens. BigAgile offers us a wide range of agile features such as scrum, kanbarn boards for our very intricate projects

It enhances accountability to ensure that all teams work transparently and in alignment.

I loved the fact that preparing for the various review meetings became clearer with BigAgile. It’s great that BigAgile has helped to support coordination between everyone and ensure adherence to KPIs, targets and deadlines. We’ve been able to sort and prioritize targets and track progress with great efficiency.

Pros:

I loved with BigAgile the ability to create various goals related to achieving the required results or KPIs which enhances accountability among team members. I love the variety of tools and boards in BigAgile and how to deal with them and the ease of entering tasks and linking them correctly. The user interface is amazing and enables me to browse the different boards and quickly navigate around everything. I loved how BigAgile enables us to adopt a weekly or monthly schedule for the teams together through the collaboration features which contributed to simplifying data collection and integrating all inputs to help achieve a comprehensive vision for everyone. It is great that thanks to the ability to assign a specific color to each goal or task within it, we can easily follow up and verify.

Cons:

The ease of use of BigAgile and moving between boards and the beauty of the display made the negatives disappear. It is great that all participating team members are at the same level of efficiency to achieve amazing results.

Apart from occassional screen freeze while processing some data workup, I find no issue.

Big Agile is brilliant for delivery at scale.
