Pros:

Bill360 enabled our business to spend less time on accounts receivable, reduce our average time to pay, and allowed our clients to save payment information to make automatic payments. We also saved a lot on processing fees!

Cons:

There is not much we did not like about Bill360, the service and the results were outstanding, and we have had a great experience!

Bill360 has streamlined Brand Label’s entire customer-accounting workflow. From the very first demo, [sensitive content hidden] laid out the platform’s capabilities so clearly that adopting it became a no-brainer. Since go-live, [sensitive content hidden] has been an outstanding Customer Success Manager—proactive, responsive, and relentless about solving even the tiniest customer issue before it escalates. When larger, more complex items pop up, Tom Greene jumps in with expert guidance, while [sensitive content hidden] handles nuanced case tickets with speed and accuracy. On the technical side, [sensitive content hidden] keeps everything humming—his behind-the-scenes IT support means glitches disappear before anyone notices.

Cons:

Honestly, we haven’t hit any real drawbacks yet. If we had to nit-pick, the sheer number of helpful people at Bill360 means we sometimes forget to thank everyone by name. (There are definitely more rock-stars than we can list here!) Also we look forward to surcharging being added.

If you're having trouble with invoices, this tool makes it super simple to create and manage them. I'd definitely suggest giving it a try.

The best part has to be the simple fact it makes my day to day job easier. The automation and the client portal allows my customers self service when they need it. Quicker payments are a nice plus too!

Cons:

Honestly no complaints. Easy and Efficient! Everything so far as worked for our company very nicely.

The staff is SUPER friendly and professional. When there is ever an issue they handle it right away. The software is very user friendly. We are really happy with everything overall.

Pros:

We have been using BILL360 for a few months now. Our customers love it. They say it is easy to use. And, from the administrative side, I like how easy it is to navigate through the portal and send reminders to customer, etc.

Cons:

Once in a while, there is a hiccup, and we get an oops this is embarrassing error... but that's not often so not a big deal

Syncing with Quickbooks is fast with little to no delay. Dashboard with a variety of metrics is also very useful.

Cons:

Inability to customize individual emails to clients without changing the entire template
