Amazing Software Once You Get Into It!

Our bidders love the animations and bidding platform, our staff has gotten really used to the listing and auction building system and the invoicing part is amazing, sometimes we can have almost 100 invoices in one auction and 90% of them will be paid within a day and usually 70% of buyers will set up their own pickup without calling or emailing us.

Pros:

Having our own website with a very professional look was why we got involved with the software, but once we learned how to use the inventory and invoice parts that was what has really saved us a lot of time. I'd say it took about 2-3 auctions to really get the hang of it... the features are great.

Cons:

Took a few days to get the system set up and tested, but there was no fee so I guess I can't complain!

Reasons for choosing Bonauction

We got a great deal for several months free, it was worth a shot and now we can't imagine using anything else!

Reasons for switching to Bonauction

Previous software was very complicated and required lots of exporting/importing unless we used their website
