Great open source option for documentation and process management

Despite the maintenance work it was even more refreshing to keep the tool in-house and on-premise. It made employees realize the importance of the tool, generating greater involvement of the team as a whole. The tool allowed us to better understand our day-to-day and generate more efficient and dynamic processes.

I've enjoyed using it. It's a nice introduction to wiki software, but I think Confluence wins it for me.
