    Streamlines processes, and saves times for multiple departments in our organization. Multiple users can access the portal. Invoices are available for 12 months.
    Cons:
    EDI files are not downloaded on Federal/bank holidays. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

    PaymentSource Accounts Payable Automation greatly simplifies our day to day operations - especially in a COD state like North Carolina. It means we don't have to write checks for every delivery the moment they are dropped off and don't have to have a check signer present at all hours a delivery might happen. It is also great for record keeping for ABC compliance as invoices are stored for us and are easily accessible at any time - from anywhere! We can check bank activity and match expected totals from paper invoices to electronic records setting our minds at ease that no mistakes are made between placing and accepting orders. It has greatly improved efficiency and transparency!

    That we don't need to have a check signer on premises at all times of day to write checks when deliveries are made and also the online portal where we can check invoices and banking activity.
    Cons:
    I honestly can't think of any cons off the top of my head. It was a no-brainer decision to use and keep this system!
