About ExpenseLogic

ExpenseLogic is a cloud-based expense management software that allows the accounts payable team to view invoices and expenses when logging in to the system. The invoices are attached by account number and can be searched by account number, vendor, cost center or location number, invoice date, or due date, to name a few. There is also a Site Manager dashboard that allows the AP team to search for services and vendors by cost center or location number.

The accounting or financial team will be able to use the data from invoices entered into ExpenseLogic via searches or through the interface that the software allows with the company's accounting software. This general ledger interface file will provide allocations as required by your organization. An accrual file can be created and utilized by the finance team to reduce time spent creating the file or uploading it to the ERP software. Additionally, it includes the ability to create checks and audit the bank statement for payment tracking.

The IT and telecom teams will utilize ExpenseLogic to eliminate the need for multiple spreadsheets to keep up with the inventory of phone numbers, circuit numbers, and assets at each location. This...

ExpenseLogic makes it easy and effective to manage utilities in one place.

Cons:

It was not easy to use some capabilities during initial since there were few leads to tutorials.

Regarding the lack of training, please note that there are multiple training video's, some of which are longer classroom style video's that are 30 minutes or longer and then there are multiple 5-7 minute how to video's that deal with specific report creating. Please find this information under the My Account section under the Training tab. Easy to use with good features built into the software. Anything else I may need can be obtained through customized reporting.

Cons:

It's not that intuitive. Once you go through the training, and practice a bit, it is easy to use. It's just not that intuitive.

Having access to most, maybe all, of the information that RadiusPoint has for our company.

Cons:

The ad hoc reports section doesn't seem to work as I want it to. I want to be able to easily save an ad hoc report and access it. I probably need to review the help section more.

Search is easy to use, being able to sort by various columns is nice but would be nice if you could sort by one and then another like type then month.
