Gestire le risorse umane non è mai stato così facile

Complessivamente l'esperienza con Jet HR è estremamente positiva e snellisce molto le pratiche di gestione delle risorse umane.

Le cose per cui JetHR si distingue in maniera particolare sono l'ottima user experience data dall'intuitività della piattaforma, la possibilità di avere tutte le informazioni relative ai dipendenti nello stesso luogo e la facilità di impostazione delle buste paga: non c'è più bisogno di perdere ore a inserire i dati a mano uno per uno, basta fare un check finale prima di inviare il tutto. In più se si ha bisogno di assistenza si può contare su persone competenti che rispondono in tempi rapidi.

Cons:

Al momento l'aspetto che trovo più scomodo è la mancanza di possibilità di accedere all'admin dalla mobile app, cosa che sarebbe invece molto utile sopratutto quando ci si trova a dover gestire elle richieste mentre si è in trasferta.

JetHR è la svolta!

Utilizzo la piattaforma come Admin da circa 2 mesi e fino ad ora ho ricevuto pochissime lamentele da parte dei colleghi ed inoltre non ho mai riscontrato bug o difficoltà nell'utilizzo della piattaforma

Il fatto che manchino ancora delle funzionalità come per esempio la possibilità di inserire Banca Ore

- piattaforma user friendly - velocizza tutta la gestione amministrativa aziendale. Da quando lavoriamo con Jet HR il tempo impiegato nelle pratiche burocratiche è diminuito drasticamente, lasciandoci più tempo per la gestione di altri progetti - disponibilità del consulenze - velocità di risposta

Cons:

Ci sono ancora alcune funzionalità da sviluppare, ma veniamo sempre informati dei nuovi aggiornamenti trramite email, per cui mi aspetto che a breve sistemeranno le funzionalità mancanti!

Non è un moment, ma toglie diversi mal di testa

Ottima gestione cliente, sempre molto disponibili i payroll specialist e chiara l'interfaccia utente e i suoi processi. Specialist e applicazione sono il cuore di questo tool e francamente mi ha tolto diversi mal di testa mensili.

Cons:

Al momento non mi viene in mente nulla. Ho avuto qualche difficolta iniziale a cambiare il paradigma ma poi è andato via liscio come l'olio.

La velocità, la facilità nelle assunzioni, la completezza a ricevimento cedolini della documentazione contabile mensile, i file sepa per il pagamento delle retribuzioni e la gentilezza di tutto il team dal commerciale al consulente

Cons:

Onestamente nulla, ovviamente i primi mesi devi prendere la mano ma poi non ci sono svantaggi!
