I love it, the program is easy to use, it saves so much time and effort to serve my clients better

Can hire less qualified dispatchers, less training required, and that saves money. The amount of paper has lessened considerably, and that saves money. Someone calls and asks how long till my cab gets there, just two clicks for the answer. Keep customers holding less. NO MORE MAPS Drivers get lost a lot less Drivers know how much the run is before departure. More precise information for the drivers. Can log in and dispatch from anywhere there's internet, ( A Godsend), I can close my office after hours and my dispatcher works from home, (that means I can pay him less) I'd shoot myself if I had to go back to maps and radios.

Pros:

My daughter learned to dispatch to my fleet, and does quite well, she doesn't have a drivers license and never drove. Pergo made it so easy to choose drivers and estimate runs, she took to in just a few weeks. One of the trainer has been dispatching for 2 years now and trains others. There is a lot less paperwork now, no more driver logs, no more maps, no more post it notes, pens, less reams of paper bought, and on and on

Cons:

Learning how to work around the quirks, but once that is conquered, no problem. The quirks are not bad and don't disrupt ones ability to dispatch properly.

Great product that is very helpful

Fantastic

We run a small fleet in the Tallahassee area. The system and the staff behind it has supported our business as we grow and continue to fight ride share at the same time. They have been tremendously flexible with their offering and their time. Our business runs on PerGo.
