Dit draagt bij aan een warme, goede start voor nieuwe collega’s.

- Gebruiksvriendelijk (duidelijk, eenvoudig in gebruik) - Structuur in onboarding (alles op één plek, duidelijk en overzichtelijk) - Tijdwinst voor teamleiders/buddy's bij het inwerktraject - Persoonlijke beleving: interactief, filmpjes, foto's (informeel) - Contact/verbinding: vanaf het eerste moment wordt een nieuwe medewerker geboeid en betrokken bij de zorgorganisatie

Cons:

- het kost in het begin wel even tijd om de app in te richten, zeker bij grote/complexe organisaties; overigens word je hierbij goed ondersteunt door de contactpersonen bij Appical - de vraag; wie is uiteindelijk verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud/modules/content, omdat er meerdere disciplines/vakgebieden bij betrokken zijn.

A must have to attract more for the best candidates on the new hire market. As well a must have for all new hires. Gives a structured and modern onboarding experience. A digital solution to provide new hire's Pre- and onboarding experience with the 6C's: Clarification, Culture, Compliance, Connection, CheckBack and Confidence.

Makes Pre- and Onboard a unique selling point towards candidates and gives a big plus on the employer market. Easy to use, nice Welcome and information stories, complete functionality with storytelling, HR forms, checklists, document and knowledge sector, automated workflows to reduce work at HR and teamleads, Very engaging and exciting for new hires.

Sometimes loading times are too long, but still delivers the best possible experience.

Very nice platform to assist users along their full employee journey (from pre- and onboarding, to reboarding and finally off-boarding when they leave the company)

Amazing user experience ! Very logical and attractive front-end that people love to use. Also smoothless multi-platform experience, switching from web to mobile use.

Cons:

The time to set up all courses, but as I understood AI features are coming to speed up this process. Thrilled to see the results....

Pros:

Comes with a Free app which can be branded as your company's own. There are a lot of options to customize your content and ask your new hires for feedback. You can make quizzes or checklists I.e. Also they offer possibilities for augmented or virtual reality tours around your company.

Cons:

Comes with a lot of Templates, you can get lost there a little bit. They offer great customer support though.
