Ultimate package for all property needs

Used primarily for our lettings market to keep on top of rental portfolios, such as timings of tenancy renewals, and ensure our clients are kept up to date.

Seamlessly manage rental property for our investors and easily manage viewings and organise open days.

Cons:

Nothing really. We moved from paper diary records and Jupix is a vast improvement on our productivity from before.

A system that continues to evolve

I'm satisfied generally. easy to use. and specifically for accounting system, i feel it is very professional comparing other system. and it keep add new features. finally, the support team are very kind and reply quickly.

Pros:

Report function. This system makes it very easy to download the reports needed for achievement analysis.

Cons:

there is no report for 'Letting only' to analyze management %. and not easy to edit and send document which is using image. for example, to sending x-mas card, we usually make using PDF. so we always asked to upload it then we can send.

Pros:

Whenever I have questions about the software, I simply find FAQ or call customer service. They are really helpful.

Cons:

Mobile version is not perfect. When I am outside due to meetings with customers, Jupix is not easy to access.

Pros:

Jupix offers a full over of the property portfolio, its extremely interlinked and covers a full range of property management tools. Keeping landlords, tenants and contractors all within the same platform is extremely efficient.

Cons:

Whilst overall the software is easy to use an auto fill function would be appreciated. Occasionally issues arise with time consuming data input.

Its packed full of features, direct links to the property portals, plenty of capability to store property infomation

Cons:

The support used to be one phone call away. Now you need to raise a ticket and wait, sometimes for 24 hours. Not great if you need something done that day that really cant wait.
