    Super efficient multichannel communciation software

    Using twixor has been a good experience for us to rethink how we interact with clients during QA testing. We've been able to scale our testing comms to different platforms - on our website, on our application, and beyond. real-time tracking abilities have helpes us tweak and modify conversation flows based on our needs

    Pros:
    The feature we enjoyed working with is Twixor's hybrid agent assist module. QA testing can be tedious and complicated. Its just impossible for our AI-trained chatbots to rectify all our customers' concerns. Having a platform that can accurately categorise customer queries has been great for our ops process.
    Cons:
    Pre-built templates catered for industries would be great. Pls bring in templates for QA testing workflows - so far we have been customising everything which has worked well for us, but moving forward, to save more time, would be good to have ready-to-use templates

    Twixor saved our communication efforts tremendously

    Our QA testing tool is vast, and we get a multitude of queries everyday on our site, and on our SaaS product. Our support team was stretched thin with the number of tickets that were raised. Since implementing Twixor, we've seen a noticeable uptick in customer satisfaction, since queries are literally answered within a second. Our tech support team is now focusing on bigger, more important problems, and we'd love to explore the chance of incorporating more use cases with Twixor, in the future

    Pros:
    We really like Twixor's NLP capabilities, which has really helped us with simplifying tech jargons in QA testing communication. We build in-website and in-app chatbots to communicate with our customers easily. Even if our customers are not technically inclined, it has helped us in explaining complex technical schenarios in a way that they can easily grasp. Twixor integrates with almost any CRM and legacy system, so that was pretty smooth for us too.
    Cons:
    twixor has plenty of analytics option, we'd love it if we can get it customised for QA-specific reporting, and including some QA metrics like defect density, test efficiency and more. it would be great if thats a possibility
